Unfortunately a refund can not be approved as no insurance was purchased to cover the damage of this unit. As outlined in our terms and conditions, if no insurance is purchased – the liability falls upon the consumer.
What is the basis of your claim? You provide a post but present no cause. A statement means nothing and has no effect without a base to back it up.
The problem I have is that I'm not sure what I want and it will usually take me 15mins to explain to them the right part which then costs only $2 with 10 people waiting in line.
I wonder if they packaged up some one else's order into the parcel by mistake. Maybe some one else got your items in their parcel.
Obviously other people have not been so lucky but I always seek out Sydney Tools online whenever I want something substantial (for small things I just go to Bunnings). Virtually all my power tools have come from Sydney Tools (I usually wait until they have a 'Free Shipping' special).
I told him that no longer wanted it and asked for my deposit back because this fee made the price way more expensive than if I had bought the same tool at Trade Tools etc, But they wouldn't be in it.
I've been happy with Total Tools' own TTI brand, lifetime warranty, seems well made. The cheap offset rings I think was supercheap's own brand SCA stuff.
yeah just pretty much asking if this is to be expecting with a *new tool* or should i ask them for an exchange thanks everyone because paying 400 for it to have some cosmetic damage isn't fun like how do i even know if this is 100% аркада казино new could have been a display item for all i know
When Sydney Tools confirmed they had one item, with batteries, in stock, I was suspicious – because of this and other threads. But, I shouldn't have been, as Bosch Australia had just confirmed that the store had recently ordered the items.
I also buy their grinder disks and are good. I will consider there stuff Some if their newer platinum stuff is made in germany now.
The only thing I can guess from these anomalies is that they're grey importing and that means that Makita, as well as their authorised repairers, are under no obligation to provide me with warranty service.
He said sorry but that is how they always do it. I said, "well that sucks" because I was not told beforehand about delivery fees. He said "Yes you would have been told".
Insert some records in the table using insert command. While inserting duplicate value, the same error arises as shown below -
Considering Monday was a public holiday in NSW, hardly worth grief over 1 business day at this stage
